Spanish epicureanism?

By popular request here is a Spanish cake blog:


Why is it green? I have no idea why the very, very modern restaurant, done out in black and white, was bathed in green light but it was. Strangely, after a couple of minutes we stopped noticing this and I had forgotten about it until I saw the photo.
The food, including the best octopus ever, was absolutely wonderful and we could have been in a top restaurant in London or Sydney (or even in Tish’s dining room!) – strangely, the fotogaleria has not a tinge of green???????

En route we didn’t really do cake as it was not on offer, only empanada (tuna pie) and various giant bocadillos (sandwiches made with jaw-challenging giant crusty loaves). In addition to these I consumed a fair amount of pilgrim beer:
