Latterbarrow Biking

On Sunday we found a new mountain biking circuit on the far side of Lake Windermere.

The debate was whether to ride from our front door on the challenging routes around Kentmere and Longsleddale, or load up the car and find somewhere new. We decided somewhere new would be worth it. A quick check of the map showed us some bridleways between Outgate and Far Sawrey that, with a couple of hundred metres along the road at a couple of points, would give us a great circuit with just enough ups and downs and plenty of flats.

The track was great with some fantastic downhills to reward the tough uphills, and some super easy flats along Lake Windermere.
