Work gets in the way far too much! We should get out climbing after work everyday…
Well we did today. We kicked off a trip to Shepherds Crag with Anna & Ian with some of the lovely Shepherds café vegetable quiche. Great location. Great food, although Ian and Laetitia had to run back to the café to make use of the facilities in a hurry!? Great company. Great climbing (Aaros and Fishers Folly). Followed by a trip to Keswick for a couple of well earned pints of Cumbria’s best beer. We started in the Square Orange, although the live music sounded great but drove us out to allowing some lively crag chat in the hotel across the road. We even managed to blag a plate of chips despite the kitchen being closed.
