We made a weekend of it in Edinburgh – Kath had entered the 2007 BUPA Great EDINBURGH RUN.
Feasting on a huge carvery the night before and supping a couple of bottles of Magners, Kath was making sure her carb levels were topped up.
At only 10 km it’s not a marathon of course, but still enough to sort the unfit from the fit. Kath completed the race with a personal best time of 53 mins 59 seconds. Having overtaken the Radio Times team – actors from Taggart amongst them she went on in fine style and really enjoyed the surroundings and the atmosphere.
Where to next? Dublin, London, New York? If Kath pays, I’ll go along and support!
