It's run as a pretty laid back business I guess, but he does that just to help finance the boat, as obviously, it's pretty expensive (when sails cost £15000!). We finished in the first 20%, our skipper said that it was respectable for a crew which weren't used to working together (or knew what they were doing!) It was quite something!
