Sterling Adventures

After my mum’s successful ascent of Helvellyn a few months before, my sister Diane decided to follow in our footsteps and go on her first ever walk in the Cumbrian Fells. I thought what better introduction could there be than a scramble along Halls Fell ridge on Blencathra.

Andy, Brian, my mum Dorothy, Diane & I all enjoyed great views and sunshine and a well deserved pint in Threlkeld before they headed back to the North East.
