Under cover of darkness and flying low to avoid Paul’s radar, Terry and Vikki sneaked into the Downes and Stanage at the weekend.

Bitter cold Saturday but lovely on Sunday.

Nothing hard and nice to try grit again. Won’t say how long it is since I was last on Stanage. But it was great fun and we met half the CC there. Expected to see Paul at any moment.

Of course, all around us people were doing impressive things…

Somehow, I feel I’ll be back!! I’m getting to like grit.. Do I hear Paul or Keith saying, ‘Too late now son!’ ?
