After last years cabbage invasion, this year has seen the plot overtaken by courgettes. We’d already picked 3 or 4, but after the rain and sun of Friday and Saturday, this lot emerged from under the leaves.
Lets hope the rest of the crops do as well.
Anyone for ratatouille??

Very impressive!
I abosolutely love courgettes. Steam them lightly then butter them….mmmm
