Courgette glut in Aspatria Gardening Comments

After last years cabbage invasion, this year has seen the plot overtaken by courgettes. We’d already picked 3 or 4, but after the rain and sun of Friday and Saturday, this lot emerged from under the leaves.
Lets hope the rest of the crops do as well.
Anyone for ratatouille??

  I abosolutely love courgettes. Steam them lightly then butter them….mmmm ( whats all this razz cool nonsense when I try to insert a smiley?)
