I am also working away from home ... I went for a less beautiful run tonight which led me along some country lanes ... and then I found this hill that was perfect for a hill session, so I ran up it 8 times (and down) and then continued. I found a footpath which led in approximately the right direction - then after nettles, ragwort, a very dodgy stile and very wet, horizontal grass I arrived at a road much further away that I anticipated. I continued and thankfully found my way back to the B+B - which is by no means a castle! Maybe pictures of the fast food would be more suitable. And now his son-in-law is too. Ian and I did that run before the wedding I think. We definitely did it before breakfast the day after the wedding, to work up an appetite: is the breakfast still as good? Ian could not believe his eyes. Sadly th weather here has not been conducive to post-work jogging. (I get put off far too easily!)
