If you were thinking that the last post was without cake, think again! This story relates to the multiday camping trip in the Dolomites. We wanted to pack camping gear, plus cooking gear, plus food into our day sacks. For mountain marathons this isn’t a problem as we have smaller stuff, but for this trip we had thermorests etc… so space was an issue.
So, we had to improvise.
