I think there should be a plan of progression from here, through a BG round, and on to an Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc… Just trying to keep the pressure of the challenge alive…

Rachel neglected to mention that she still can’t bend down to pick things up, and stairs are a significant challenge to progress.
