The Nature Shop have sent me a pair of Keen men’s Cody boots to try out. Wow, these booties are warm and comfy! Perfect for deep snow in a ski resort… Unfortunately the ski season hasn’t started yet in the Alps and in the interests of getting this review out as quickly as possible I thought I’d crack on.

The delivery system used by the Nature Shop is super slick and fast, expect your order to be delivereed in about 48 hours and very likely the next day. However, they accidentally sent (easily done?) size US10 and not the UK10 I needed. Not to worry, by using the same packaging and the included pre-paid return label simply stuck over my address label on the package it was quickly returned and replaced with the right size boots in just one extra day. All sorted in less than three days. So any fears of ordering online and finding that a particular brand’s shoe sizing is a little off is not an issue.

Keen boots

The boots are loosely styled on the classic pull-on US cowboy, or wrangler, boot. They feature a felt lining with KEEN.WARM insulation, Keen’s distinctive protective toe bumper and non-marking sole unit, and waterproof nubuck leather uppers.
