at the race on Sunday the winners didn’t even stop running up the hills… and they were really steep how they do it I have no idea!! And it was freezing on the tops…

Poor Ian, not managing to eat cake on Friday. Does that mean you ate two pieces!
Good decision not to run today. It looked horrible from the comfort of my lounge.
I wonder if Laetitia’s sister was waving from the Isle of Man?
According to the news there was in fact a death but the facts are not clear yet – there was a big mountain rescue operation last night though
