Wow incredible pictures Rachel! When can I come caving again, maybe something a bit easier though, that looks a bit extreme for a claustrophobic like me!
I would hate to see the narrow bits then! With 6 months hindsight all of giants hole was great!! I really liked the crab crawl and the rest of it was all ok, I liked all the climbing bits, but maybe not so much the crawling through a narrow flooded passageway bit
The squeeze would probably have defeated me, and I’m not too bulky. The type of crawl I prefer is the pub crawl, so pleased to hear there was at least a well earned celebratory drink!

I think this is another cave in the series, “Remember we do this caves so that you don’t have to.”
We should have a series, you’re right. Pete will be able to add one for us and then I can add all of the caving trips we’ve been on with you two!

If we’re going to pick another cave for you, we need to work out which bits of Giant’s Hole you liked, and which bits you didn’t…

right… so somewhere with rifty bits and climbing. Have you done any prusicking with a chest and foot jammer?
An amazing trip. Definitely glad I don’t have to do that one. I’m not sure I’d cope with those squeezes.
