Last weekend was the Llanberis Tradfest – a celebration of traditional climbing based in North Wales’ Llanberis Pass. The event was laid on through a collaboration between DMM, The Climbers’ Club, and V12 with additional support from Scarpa and The North Face.

The weather forecast for the bank holiday weekend was quite variable. But that – as usual – seemed to just be the forecasters generalising for the rest of us what those in the south-east would experience! Whereas the north-west looked like it would have great summer weather. On a bank holiday!!
