Today we went climbing - wall to wall blue sky...
No climbing today due to a morning of precipitation (a note for Terry here: precipitation is different to rain; it never rains in Lofoten)...
After our neighbour's Blue Tits had fledged, we thought we'd ended our own "Springwatch", but hidden in an outhouse, I found 3 pleading gapes!!!
Today we tackled another of the top 50 routes from the guidebook - Bare Blabaer at Djupfjord. This is a very popular slab and crack climb approached by a beautiful walk...
We've arrived in the Lofoten Islands, or perhaps their other name is more fitting, the Magic Islands! What an amazing place - awesome granite islands seemingly straight out of the sea in the middle of nowhere...
