Despite a wet lower part, it ended up quite dry on the upper section of Clogwyn yr Oen yesterday.
Having spent the first ten years of their respective climbing careers in Ogwen, you would have thought that Terry and Bernie would have already climbed everything they could.

Thanks to the extra holiday the four day jubilee weekend made for a perfect opportunity to head a little further afield than a normal bank holiday weekend allows.
I headed off to Reiff, just North of Ullapool, at the weekend to go climbing with the Ladies Scottish Climbing Club.
I was lucky enough to have last Wednesday off work so I decided to head out and make the most of the sunshine. Who do you call when you need a mid week partner – a lazy PHD student is usually a good bet!
Oooh what a treat. The whole weekend was going to be hot and sunny.
