There’s nothing like catching the best weather of the week. Actually, with all the rain so far this month (and yet more forecast), probably the best weather of the month! And then enjoying the late evening sunshine at Castle Rock with a couple of friends…

It’s lucky that this week’s work venue has allowed me to get home in the evening to get out to play…

So, Anna, Ian and Pete enjoyed a couple of excellent routes at Castle Rock’s South Crag before enjoying a lovely pint of Jennings (and scampi fry chips) at the Traveller’s Rest pub near Thirlmere. Great!
