After a cold day on the crag, we got back to Staveley to find a yummy cream and strawberry sponge made by Tish. Pete replaced all the calories he’d used during the day by demolishing the lot in one sitting!!!!!

Looks healthy to me, lots of fruit. Must cover the five a day thing
