In another of our increasingly vain attempts to prepare for the Rab MM later this year Laetitia and I went for another run today...
I stumbled upon (thanks to Twitter) this picture of 'European detail map of Flickr and Twitter locations' and thought "wow", and "pretty", so I thought I'd share my discovery...
This blog was originally imagined as way to keep in contact with friends who were thinking of leaving the UK, however, these days I use it for so much more than simply sharing adventures - in fact I use it quite literally as the founding idea of why blogs were created; a log (of whatever) on the web, a web-log...
I find running to be very hard to motivate myself for - it's such hard work - I have to add an extra incentive, Letterbox treasure...
The weekend was fantastic, sunny on both Saturday and Sunday....
