In our attempt to get out fell running once a week we thought we'd repeat the Dales Way run from a few weeks ago to check our progression...
Sunday promised to be damp, so it was the 14km trail run from Keswick that fitted the bill...

Inspired by Anna and Ian's running excellence, and always aiming to keep our fitness levels up for greater adventures in the Alps, we thought we'd go for a run on Sunday.
