• A post-climb beer with (L to R) Stano, Jana, Ed, Bev, Nigel, and Pete

  • The amazing Hideout area is almost a sea-cliff (the base of the cliff isn't at sea level, but you are climbing above the sea and have to use a rope secured to the rock to traverse left and right to the routes) ... Hideout offers some brilliant middle-grade tufa climbing!

  • Jana, ed, and Pete enjoy a traditional Greek coffee on the way to Hideout - the coffee tastes nice (but deffo different) but there is a crazy amount of thick "sludge" left in the cup! : shock:

  • Jana setting off from the parking spot to the fantastic climbing area, Yellow Eyes

  • Dinner with the Slovakian climbing gang

  • Wonderful view down the Leonidio Valley from the parking for the Muppet Show climbing area

  • Ed on the third traversing pitch of Aramis (photo taken by Nigel)

  • Wonderful sunset vibes after a day climbing Yellow Eyes

Leonidio

Yet another trip to Leonidio – it’s that good there! This time though I went with a gang of Slovakian based mates…

Two weeks of sunny (almost too hot at times when climbing in the sun) rock climbing at Greece’s fantastic climbing venue, Leonidio, at this time of year is exactly what a sun-deprived and rain-soaked Lakeland based climber needs!
