I had a spare day, so when Jon phoned last night to ask if we were up for anything, I said "Of course!"
Tom and Jaquie came up from London on New Years Eve to stay the weekend and enjoy the snow.
What a top day.....
If we'd had our ice axes and crampons we might have done some ice climbing, but those are still in France. Doh!
What a great day to be out!!
We went to see Avatar in 3D tonight. Just one word sums it up - awesome!
Snow and wind made for some interesting conditions....
It seemed strange to leave England's fantastic snowy weather and arrive in France for a week's skiing only to find it raining! But of course up higher it was snowing...
With fairly good snow cover continuing, Anna and I took the opportunity to grab Andy and Sabiene's neighbour Helen for a ski tour up High Pike.
