I ran this race yesterday – one of the first of the year.
On Friday it snowed all day and well in to the night. We checked the forecast for the Saturday, and although the temperatures were rising and rain was on its way, it looked like the snow might stick around for long enough for us to have some fun in Kentmere.
News about bird guests arriving to Lake Balaton spread around fast among birdwatchers. I didn’t want to miss the occasion.
