What a wonderful time we had in Croatia, Paklenica to be exact, and what an amazing place. Sadly still much evidence of the war. Anna, Sarah and Susan all have birthdays around this time of year, so Andy organised a celebration dinner at the fantastic Hesket Newmarket drinking hole, The Old Crown (apparently Prince Charles’ favourite rural real ale pub!).
