Back up Blencathra this morning, felt okay, but up in 44 so still slow.
Last month Sarah and I set off on the inaugural West Cumbrian Run in memory of PC Bill Barker...
and everywhere else in the Peak District...
Inspired by Pete's plea for more blog entries, I took my camera for a run up Blencathra this afternoon...
Run around Skiddaw, Great Calva and Blencathra - quite a large amount of hill!
Another great mountain marathon...
Malvern was really really warm on Saturday...
I am still slightly comatosed after this weekend...
