We had intended to climb in the Aiguilles Rouges today, but when we arrived in Chamonix yesterday it was raining - a lot, which meant fresh snow up higher! So today's sports plan was altered to account for the fresh snow...
Car Camping, Snowy Scotland, Roaming Reindeer, Slow Skiing, Mini Marathons and Heavenly Hot Chocolate - there would be more , but there is a limit...
Chamonix ended up being quite expensive: I left my super red lunch box on the plane (and no one handed it in, so someone's knicked it! Or they did a controlled explosion on it - nothing on the news though, so maybe not); broken back tooth; broken rucksack...
Loads of snow fell overnight, so Ian, Anna and Jon headed for the local ski area to enjoy fresh powder...
With the promise of good weather and loads of snow in Scotland, Anna and I headed north for a day skiing.......
