I am converted to travelling business class with Air New Zealand (when someone else is paying!). Two glasses of champagne before taking off, lie flat seats, on demand entertainment, delicious vintage wines… but the best bit was having seats with an ottoman (small seat opposite your main seat), where you could invite over your partner for dinner! Very civilised.
