On the latest visit to Chamonix, Pete’s technology got swabbed for explosives at Newcastle airport. All this is for his new weather station in Chamonix, France. Unfortunately the lack of French DIY shops that are open on Sundays prevented the project being completed – perhaps next time?
Shepherds Crag – Ardus
Well, Pete & Tish were away so Terry went to play in Borrowdale and bumped into Keith and Fiona, following them up ‘Ardus’ (which is Latin for ‘gets harder every time you do it!!) Almost a summer day on Shepherds, except for the caf being closed. Opens 1 April.
