I’ve just come back from alpine jollies to an express copy of the new Lake District Rock sat waiting for me on the doormat. Wow, what a great update! I’m very pleased with the work, he says modestly. 😉
Obviously it’s a shame for me that the 2nd edition of Lake District Rock has come to the end of its run, what with the cover being graced with an image of yours truly. 🙂 However, it has been a super duper successful book: being on sale since 2015; having now sold out after selling many thousands of copies; and it was the winner of the Banff Festival guidebook category!
The new book is even prettier than the one it replaces as there was a great deal more time to invest in its production to ensure it was as good as it could possibly be. 544 pages of colour, information, and inspiration …
