Namche Bazzar is an essential stop on the main Khumbu trail. Most spend a couple of nights at this high level town to acclimatise and simply take in the incredible range of colour shops selling everything from last minute mountaineering equipment to dal bhat. Oh, and you can also grab a few minutes at an internet café to touch base with distant friends.
